It has been rather quiet around the Net Court for Bailey and as such he has entered a state of boredom. While surfing around the reviewaverse he comes upon Lord Fail who inspires him to another Action Blurb. As a reward he deputizes him as they embark on a high speed discussion on NASCAR and street racing.
In an effort to help protect the reviewers of the Reviewer Multi-verse safe from the court run by the Mad Judge known as Judgment… the Net Judge seeks out those who might be at risk. He starts at the place this started Reviewtopia. He happens across DeLonge Wannabe and prevents him from committing more serious violations of the Review Code. Hoping that Review Court can be avoided the Net Judge recruits the pissed off music critic to help him in protecting the people from video game gangster rap.

Welcome to behind the Firewall, where web comics get Judged. Bailey has felt an urge to tinker and what better way than to mess with the teleport system? The Net Judge is sent to the press room an undiscovered part of the Netopia Courthouse, where the Net Link, editor of all written and drawn published web-content, once resided. In order to escape he must review a web-comic. What other surprises lurk down unknown halls?
